Humans now control approximately 40 percent of Earth's net primary productivity on land.?

Humans now control approximately 40 percent of Earth's net primary productivity on land. A result is that

A. the number of species on Earth have increased.

B. we have reduced the resources available to nonhuman species.

C. we have learned how to manage Earth's resources so that all species have the resources they need to survive.

D. Earth's ecosystems are in a better balance.Humans now control approximately 40 percent of Earth's net primary productivity on land.?
There are approximately 2 million known species that are described and accounted for which does not include the probably 3-10 million more that have not yet been discovered. Each of these species have varying population sizes although some rival humans (approx 6.5 billion). That said humans are only 1 species of those millions yet we control most of the land's resources (40% as your question assumes). Therefore, humans are helping with resource depletion which is causing species endangerment and extinction (opposite of A). We have not learned how to manage the resources and therefore we have areas still deprived of food, water, shelter (opposite of C). We have also caused changes globally in the environment which have been quantified by scientific research such as global warming (opposite of D).

That said: B is your answer.
